~~~~~~ Meeting and Parting are two basic elements of life; I'm glad that I met you guys... ~~~~~
Dear GI Team,
I’ve always considered the team as my family and we had
shared a lot of memories. You guys are part of my sweet and sour journey in GI. Let me start with how I got this GI. During
my struggle days (to search for more work), I went to my manager and asked for
more applications. But, he asked for my technologies and upon hearing that I
know both JAVA and Mainframe a devilish smirk appeared on his face. And within
a week, I got to know that I’ll be working in GI.
GI was a male dominated area in those times and I got my KT
in two days for one hour on each day. I also got a chance to meet the most
talented person in our project. My struggle started in the initial days, as I
was working on the most complicated applications and in a technology, I knew
nothing about. Whenever I had any doubt,
I used to go to D Bhai, as he made me understand the thing better. With each
passing time, people came and leave GI. I found myself to fit comfortably until
one day; I heard I’ll be moving out from GI.
Nothing is constant;
things are bound to change. That happened with me as well. I’ll miss you guys
and I also know you won’t miss me that much. J
But trust me I had always treasured GI team.
Let’s come to my team mates; D Bhai, the most humble and sensitive person in our team. He earned
my respect during my initial days in GI.
I learned a new technique from him; how to eat naan using spoon and
fork. Sometimes my main concern was how to handle his mood swings. Jhia; I had developed a soft corner for
her from the beginning. She is a chirpy
little girl; who can make me laugh at her stupidity and cry during her
emotional breakdown. Rups; learned a lot during my mentorship
days. You’ve a bright future ahead, now you need to be serious as the burden of
GI is also with you. You’ll be handling both GI and Jhia (hahaha).
I truly love you guys; will miss our own party time to gossip
hours, little PJs, ice cream times, the evening walk along with coffee, our
first drink at Malva, the epic chai at Jugad and many more. I’ll be keeping those
golden memories in my heart.
Some things are bound to change and this is one of them. This
is not our separation; rather we’re moving with according to our destiny. I’ll
wish everyone’s good luck. Please forgive me if I’ve hurt you at any how;
nothing was intentional.
From,
Your ex-team mate in GI, who'll .give and take farewells from you guys... :D
