AIRLIFT: Movie Showcase (#AtoZchallenge)

Release Year : 2016
Director: Raja Krishna Menon
Protagonists: Akshay Kumar & Nimrat Kaur
[I'll be showcasing movies, which touched my heart, and giving my thoughts on them.]

My Thoughts:

I salute Ranjit, portrayed by Akshay Kumar, to think about 170000 Indian people during the attack on Kuwait and he took all possible necessary steps to make the migration of all Kuwait based Indian people. I love the moment when he started to care for other and took the risk to save all the people. The transformation was amazing and heart warming. My respect for him increases with each scene of the movie.

Thank you for stopping by. This post is written for #AtoZchallenge2016.

  1. Hi Arpita. I'm visiting from the A to Z Challenge.

I've never heard of Akshay Kumar and had no idea so many Indian people were in Kuwait when it was attacked. I assume you are talking about the 1990 invasion by Iraq?
