ICE-CREAM RITUAL (#AtoZChallenge)

During our second semester, we made a ritual of eating ice-cream on every Tuesday. Because Tuesday was our half day and summer days were approaching fast. Ice-cream reminds me of a funny incident. 

Once on a Tuesday we five were walking near the college gate, licking our ice-creams. I saw a plane flying away. The next moment I jumped excitedly, waving my hands and making my friends stunned. It’s my thing that whenever I saw a plane, I waved. My friends were observing the surroundings to see if anybody noticed me or not. To their observation, yes, a senior had noticed me. He even mimicked my act in front of his friends.

My humiliated friends dragged me from there. They all shouted at a time, ‘What was that, Apy?’ I looked innocently towards them.  Later, we all laughed for that incident.

Till now also, whenever I see a plane, I wave excitedly and my friends try to hold my hands to prevent me from waving...
